Medical recovery isn't the same as life recovery.

There's no 'remission' like other cancers. There’s just life before diagnosis and life after. You’re ready to move forward, but you’re not sure who you’re moving forward as.

You look fine on the outside. Everyone assumes you're back to normal. But you're navigating a shift in identity that no one prepared you for.
This is identity work.
Everything has been impacted. Your relationships, your career, how you take care of yourself, your values, your priorities, what you actually want out of life. You know things need to change, but you're not sure how to get there or where you even want to go. You just know you can't stay here.

This isn't about going back to who you were before. It's about creating a version of yourself that honors all of it. It's about integrating this experience with who you're becoming.

I coach you through the non-linear identity evolution that no one prepared you for.

This isn't a five-step program. There's no finish line. Your experience is yours alone—no better, no worse than anyone else's.

We work together to help you:
Re-examine all aspects of your life and identify what still fits and what doesn't
Set personal life goals aligned with who you're becoming, not who you were before
Claim agency over your path forward, even when so much feels out of your control
Build tools and skills to keep experimenting and evolving on your own
You're not broken. You don't need fixing. You need space to integrate this experience and define who you're becoming.
I'm a brain tumor survivor and an ICF Professional Certified Coach

In 2017, I went from a headache on Monday to surgery on Friday. The years that followed launched me into a deep re-examination of every part of my life. In 2025, my tumor grew and I went through treatment again. Both times taught me different things about identity, agency, and integration.

I know what it's like when everyone thinks you should be fine but you're still figuring things out. I know what it's like to have your identity shaken and to search for agency where control is limited.
I'm formally trained as an ICF Professional Certified Coach, which is the gold standard in an unregulated industry. I've trained hundreds of other coaches and served as a mentor coach for those completing their certification. I'm also deeply involved in the brain tumor community, serving as a patient mentor for the American Brain Tumor Association and sitting on advisory boards.

Everything I've lived, learned, and built has led me here
Start with the podcast.

Not ready to work together just yet? I get it. The podcast is a place to feel connected with others who get it.

You'll hear brain tumor stories from patients, survivors, caregivers, family members, and friends. And you'll discover resources and organizations that already exist to support you.
It's a way to decrease isolation and increase connection, on your terms and when you're ready.
